At Sisu Couture, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use

• Returned with original packaging when applicable

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or health considerations. This may include lingerie, intimate apparel, beauty products, cosmetics, wigs, hair extensions, and similar personal-use items, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be issued to th
